Cumulative Effects of Overlapping Land Uses on the Kenai Peninsula, Alaska

In 2004, Dr. John Morton of the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge approached the ALCES Group to complete a pilot project that would examine the effects of overlapping land uses on the Kenai Peninsula. Working with the Kenai Watershed Forum, a set of scenarios and indicators were selected and a version of the ALCES III model was customized. The attached powerpoint contains the findings of this demonstration phase.
