Cumulative Effects of Land Uses in the Oldman River Drainage
This project represented the initial examination of the cumulative effects of overlapping landuses in the watershed of the Oldman River Watershed. The client was the Government of Alberta, whose objectives were to document historic, current and futureĀ projected changes in the watershed as affected by livestock, crops, energy, forestry, transportation and tourism/recreation. The intent was to rquire line agencies within the Government of Alberta to work collaboratively on an integrative project examining land use trajectories.<BR>
